Overnight Oatmeal

Have you ever been in a rush that you don't have time for breakfast? Don't worry, I have a great solution for you! Now, skipping breakfast is not an option with this easy and healthy breakfast. With this quick and simple recipe all you have to do is open the refrigerator grab the jar and go!

What it is: oatmeal in a jar

Benefits: quick, healthy, customizable, and easy!

What you'll need: jar, dry oats, milk, yogurt, brown sugar (optional) cinnamon (optional) and fruit of your choice (optional).

How:
1. Get a used or new jar and pour in some oatmeal/oats.
2. Next add either soy milk and Greek yogurt.
3. Here the oatmeal/oats absorb the liquid within time.
4. Now you can pretty much customize you're oatmeal by adding brown sugar, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, dried fruit, raisins, cinnamon, or even cocoa powder for a chocolate taste.
5. After adding in ingredients let the jar of oatmeal sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 hrs. or basically overnight.
Viola! Instant breakfast/snack.

I love this recipe because you can make it you're own by customizing what you add to the oatmeal!!!

Enjoy!

Note: I recommend adding fruit such as bananas, strawberries, blueberries etc. when you are ready to eat the oatmeal.
